Doggy Boot Camp: Board and TrainTake your dog to the next level of training with Doggy Boot Camp: Board and Train. With this option your dog will stay with us for two weeks in which time we will work on manners and hammer out any behavioral issues your dog is having.

Advanced Basic Manners
Would you like your dog to learn to sit, lay down, stay, come and walk nice on leash at the boardwalk, parks or in town? How about greet people nicely? We will help you teach your dog how and we'll practice what they've learned at the boardwalk, Rogers Park, in a fenced yard and in the classroom with other dogs. We will also cover self control with toys and food. Class will be held at Northern Tails Pet Resort and runs weekly for 5 weeks. Your dog must know sit, down, stay, come and has practiced heel for this class. Please ask about our Basic Manners class if your dog hasn't learned them. A long line at least 15 feet will be required for class. They are available at Northern Tails Pet Resort.

Stay & Train
If your dog is already coming to stay with us for the day, why not add in some training? This will give your dog one on one training time with a certified dog trainer. Each session is customized based on what you feel your dog needs to work on. This can also include leash walking or puppy playground training (agility).

Agility Foundation Class
Great fun for dogs of all ages and sizes. Learn how to teach your dog the skills that build a good foundation for agility. How to focus with distractions, recalls (come), sending them to an obstacle like a jump or tunnel. Class will run weekly for one hour for 5 weeks. All you need is a 6 ft leash, tug or long toy and some training treats.
